Description
The asymmetric cross-section of the blade with a hardness of 58 HRC with one-sided sharpening helps to carefully cut fish, meat, cheese and vegetables into thin slices, preventing them from sticking to the side surface of the knife. Its long blade will allow you to get an even cut with just one hand movement, and the handle, made of high-strength wood, will give you the opportunity to experience the maximum comfort of working in the kitchen.

Stonewash is a decorative treatment of metal in a drum that rotates with the help of abrasive materials that endow the blade with inhomogeneity and a web of small scratches. This treatment prevents products from sticking to the knife. The blade copes even with "capricious" ingredients and does not allow them to linger on the knife.
