SAMURA — a team of professionals who create uniquely designed, high-end knives.We started our journey in 2003. We made our first product lines with the Japanese companies MAC and Mcusta. Japanese philosophy and traditions run deep in our DNA. We are absolutely sure that a Japanese knife cuts better than a European one. Japanese knives remain sharper longer and retain their edges longer.
Samura has been making its knives at production sites in four countries since 2010.We are currently producing 18 knife lines and a huge number of kitchen accessories.We use the best modern materials for the handle: Micarta, G10, stabilised wood, plastic with a soft-touch coating, Kraton, and composites.

With a raised point providing the maximum length of the cutting edge and a narrow thin blade, theSteak knifeis designed for cutting ready-made pieces of meat. The AUS-8 steel is best suited for making this kind of knives, with molybdenum contained in it preventing corrosion, and vanadium improving resistance to high temperatures. Even a very frequent manipulation of this knife will entail no deterioration in performance. High strength and optimum hardness of 59 HRC guarantee a long service life.

Popular small knife for steaks. Can be used as universal. It is recommended to have several such knives in a quantity sufficient for table setting and serve them for meat dishes. The Japanese stainless steel ctal AUS-8, from which the knife is made, has good corrosion resistance, excellent resistance of the cutting edge, is easily polished and sanded. Thanks to the special finish - the blade becomes rougher and matte, and therefore it does not see fingerprints, and this treatment prevents the products from pouring into the knife. The hand of the knife, which is made of moisture and heat-resistant material G-10, lies comfortably in the hand, does not slip and is resistant to aggressive environments. Samura "MO-V Stonewash" is an inexpensive and practical knife of modern design, which will become a real decoration in any kitchen.
