About Samura:
SAMURA — a team of professionals who create uniquely designed, high-end knives. We started our journey in 2003. We made our first product lines with the Japanese companies MAC and Mcusta. Japanese philosophy and traditions run deep in our DNA. We are absolutely sure that a Japanese knife cuts better than a European one. Japanese knives remain sharper longer and retain their edges longer.
Samura has been making its knives at production sites in four countries since 2010. We are currently producing 18 knife lines and a huge number of kitchen accessories. We use the best modern materials for the handle: Micarta, G10, stabilised wood, plastic with a soft-touch coating, Kraton, and composites.
DIAMOND COMBINATION SHARPENING STONE
The Diamond grinder is incredibly hard and thus ideal for sharpening both ceramic and ceramic titanium knives. The double-sided grindstone with a grain size of 360 and 600 grit is designed for rough machining of the blade, aligning of the cutting edge angle, and elimination of the blade flaws that appeared over time.
Description
Two-sided sharpening diamond stone on a rubber stand. Designed to restore the correct sharpening angle and shape of the cutting edge of a knife. If the knife blade is in poor condition, start sharpening with a 360-grit stone. If the blade is in medium condition, use the 600-grit side. The rubber pad prevents the stone from sliding across the surface.
